Pelagic Drift Nets or Components: Manufacture, Importation, Transshipment or

Possession Prohibited. The manufacture, assembly, importation, transshipment, transfer from one vessel or aircraft to another vessel or aircraft, or possession of pelagic drift nets, components, or materials destined for their manufacture, in the territory or waters of Guam is prohibited. Any peace officer may enforce the provisions of this Section.
