Outside Adjuster Authorized
View official PDF ↗COL6/24/2021 CH. 6 GOVERNMENT CLAIMS ACT For the purposes of this Chapter, the Attorney General is hereby authorized to contract with a licensed insurance claims adjuster, or with various insurance claims adjusters on a rotating basis to assist in assessing the value of claims filed pursuant to this Chapter.
