5 GCA § 34119.5
Evidence of Bills
View official PDF ↗In any action to establish paternity, medical bills related to childbirth, pregnancy or confinement expenses, and genetic testing bills shall be admissible as evidence without foundation testimony, and shall constitute prima facie evidence of the amounts incurred.
