Judgment of Paternity. Full Faith and Credit

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Any judgment of paternity, whether established through a voluntary acknowledgment process, or established by a court or administrative entity of Guam, or any other state or jurisdiction, is entitled to Full Faith and Credit in Guam.
