Non-application to Court Reporters and Other

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Court Officers. None of the provisions of this Chapter applies to any certification by official court reporters of transcripts of trials or other Court proceedings, or to the authentication of Court documents by other ministerial officers of the Court pursuant to statute or Court rule.
