Special Pay for Prosecutors

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, attorneys serving as prosecutors shall be entitled to special pay, calculated at the rate of their regular wage plus fifteen percent (15%). The Office of the Attorney General shall provide special pay to all attorneys serving as prosecutors in the Office of the Attorney General.
