Validity of Bonds

The validity of the authorization and issuance of the Bonds is not dependent on and shall not be affected in any way by any proceedings taken by the Government, the Trustee or the Depositary with respect to the application of the proceeds of the Bonds. The recital contained in the Bonds that the same are issued pursuant to the laws of the Government of Guam, including the Act, shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and of compliance with the provisions of law in their issuance. ---------ARTICLE IV REDEMPTION OF BONDS
