Memorandum of Agreement

The Department of Administration is hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement

(MOA)with the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission or the U.S. Department of the Treasury to verify whether individuals filing claims pursuant to this Act received payments from the U.S. Department of the Treasury pursuant to the Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act enacted by U.S. Public Law 114328 or the Guam Meritorious Claims Act of 1945 in order to determine eligibility and payments for claims under this Act.
