Filing Period for Claims and Notice

(a)Filing Period. An individual filing a claim for a payment under § 13.302 shall file such claim not later than twelve

(12)months after the date on which the Adjudication Committee publishes the notice described in Subsection

(b)of this Section.

(b)Notice of Filing Period. Not later than thirty

(30)days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Adjudication Committee shall publish a notice of the deadline for filing a claim described in Subsection

(a)of this Section in a newspaper of general circulation, radio, television media in Guam and the Guam Public Notice website.
