Disclosure of Privileged Information to Legislative

Oversight Committee. Any record or information which may be nondiscloseable under § 10108 that is in the possession of an agency shall be discloseable to the Legislative Oversight Committee upon its issuance of a subpoena duces tecum requesting such record or information or subpoena upon the director.
