Maintenance of Effort

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any reduction in force shall safeguard the health, safety, and education of the island and shall ensure maintenance of effort levels and sustainability of federally funded programs at no less than current levels.
