Failure to Report Criminal Charges or Conviction

(a)Failure to provide the notice required by Title 4 GCA § 4202.1 is grounds for a separate Adverse Action.

(b)The ninety

(90)day limitation imposed by Title 4 GCA § 4406 commences when the employee gives notice of the charges or conviction of a crime to the head of the department or agency as required by Title 4 GCA § 4202.1.
