Identification of Agency or Department

(a)All vehicles leased or owned by the government of Guam shall display a distinguishing word, letter and symbol indicating to which agency or department the vehicle is assigned.

(1)If the vehicle is part of a government-wide motor pool, the identification shall reflect the department or agency operating the motor pool, and that the vehicle is part of the motor pool.

(2)This logo shall include the proper name of the agency or department and shall be affixed to the sides of the driver and passenger doors in a fashion that makes it easily visible.

(3)The letterings on the signs shall be no less than two

(2)inches in height.

(4)If an agency or department does not have a logo, the full proper name of the agency in letters will meet the requirements of this provision.

(b)The only vehicles exempt from this provision are those listed in § 1103 and § 1103.1 (1), (2),

(3)and

(4)of this Chapter.
