Unused MDF Funds

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 22 — Business Regulation

Notwithstanding the general provisions of § 22406 of Title 5 GCA which requires that unused and deappropriated funds revert to the General Fund, or any other provision of Guam law to the contrary, all deappropriated or unused funds appropriated from the MDF shall, in all circumstances, be returned to the MDF and not the General Fund.
