Community Regime May Establish Standards

In accordance with the purpose of this Article, a Regime may establish, through rule, regulation, bylaw, covenant, agreement, condition or other documents:

(a)standards for delivery or truck traffic;

(b)standards concerning the acceptable volume of invitees or guests to a family home occupation;

(c)Any standards established pursuant to this Section shall apply to all residences within the Regime.
