Community Property Regime Restrictions

(a)A Community Property Regime (Regime) may establish limitations for, or prohibit entirely, any family home occupation which it deems incompatible with the character of the residential community in which it is located.

(b)After the effective date of this Article, any Regime may ban any or all family home occupations by the lawful adoption of rules. CH. 61 ZONING LAW OF GUAM
