Violence. COL 6/21/2023 CH. 8 DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

(a)The Court shall provide or contract for at least one

(1)visitation center for victims of family violence and their children to allow Court-ordered visitation in a manner that protects the safety of all family members. Other governmental agencies shall cooperate with the Court and other organization in providing the visitation centers.

(b)A visitation center must provide:

(1)a secure setting and specialized procedures for supervised visitation and the transfer of children for visitation;

(2)supervision by a person trained in security and the avoidance of family violence; and

(3)educational and recreational equipment to facilitate positive family interaction.
