Appeal Procedure
View official PDF ↗Any person may request a review of the Manager's denial, suspension or revocation of a pilot's license by the Board of Directors of the Port Authority, provided a written notice of appeal is delivered to the Manager within thirty
(30)days of his final decision, which shall be in writing and delivered by registered mail to the applicant and to the Pilot License Advisory Committee. Thereafter, any denial, suspension or revocation of a license shall be subject to administrative adjudication in accordance with Administrative Adjudication Law. In the alternative, the Port Authority of Guam may adopt rules of disciplinary procedure pursuant to the Administrative Adjudication Law, in which event such rules shall govern the procedure for any suspension or revocation of a harbor pilot=s license.
