COL120106 CH. 56 PARTICULAR EMPLOYMENT The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Guam shall adopt rules and regulations establishing credentialing criteria for and governing the conduct of pilots. In addition to credentialing criteria and standards of professional conduct, such rules and regulations shall, at a minimum, set forth the procedures for filing and processing license applications and for investigating and resolving complaints against pilots, as well as the grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of a pilot's license not inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter.
