President and Vice President

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 17 — Education

(a)Persons who are occupying the positions of Provost and Deputy Provost at the time of enactment of this Act shall occupy the positions of President and Vice President, respectively, which are created pursuant to Section 1, Section 3 and Section 4 of P.L. 18-012.

(b)The President and the Vice President shall only be removed for cause.
