Posting and Markings of Restricted Areas

The Department of Public Works, with oversight by the Guam Visitors Bureau, shall post distinguishable signs and affix defined markings on all restricted public areas enumerated and identified in § 3704(a), (b), (c), (d), and

(e)of this Act. The Department of Public Works may receive donations for the signs and markings required by this Section.
