Annual Reporting Requirement

The Department shall also submit an annual report to the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan and the Chairperson of the committee with oversight over transportation, detailing:

(a)the number of reciprocity agreements executed;

(b)the number of licenses issued under such agreements;

(c)countries involved; and

(d)any public safety incidents involving license holders issued under this authority.
