16 GCA § 3109.1
Punishments
View official PDF ↗Any person who violates the provisions of subsections
(a)or
(e)of § 3109 of this Title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person who violates the provisions of subsections (b), (c), (d), (f),
(g)or
(h)of said § 3109 shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree.
