Award

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 12 — Autonomous Agencies

Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal in writing is the most advantageous to Guam taking into consideration price and the evaluation factors set forth in the RFPs. The contract file shall contain the basis on which the award is made.
