Application of Guam Memorial Hospital Authority Pharmaceuticals Fund
View official PDF ↗For the purpose of recognizing appropriated Pharmaceutical funds as operating revenue by the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority, retroactively and prospectively, the Hospital shall apply seventy five percent (75%) of the funds received towards the payment of bills for services incurred by qualified Medicaid recipients involved in the program at the Hospital and to billings for services provided to patients classified as “charity care” pursuant to criteria adopted by resolution to the Board of Trustees. Said 75% shall be deposited into the GMHA Medicaid Matching Fund.
