Minimum Qualifications for Chief Medical Examiner
View official PDF ↗The Chief Medical Examiner shall be a citizen, a permanent resident of the United States, or a person whose immigration status with the U.S. Immigration legally allows him to work in the United States, and a physician licensed to practice his profession in Guam. He must have current certification in Forensic Pathology by the American Board of Pathology or the American Osteopathic Board of Pathology or their successors.
