Meetings

Meetings of the Board shall be held at a regular time and place as determined by the Board. Special meetings may be called by the Chairman or by a majority of the members, as often as may be necessary. Meetings of the Board, regular or special, shall be subject to the Open Government Law of Guam. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum and an affirmative vote of five

(5)members is required for any action to be valid.
