Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

The Adjutant General shall issue and promulgate appropriate and/or necessary disciplinary or military justice regulations for the administration of military justice under this code and such regulations shall take effect by Executive Order of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi. The provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Act shall not apply to the issuance and promulgation of regulations in furtherance of the provisions of this Code.
