Expenses of Administration

The Adjutant General shall have authority to pay all expenses incurred in the administration of Guam Military Justice, including the expenses of courts-martial and expenses incurred under §§ 63722.8, 63724, 63724.3, 63724.4, and 63724.11 of this Code, from any funds appropriated to the Department of Military Affairs.
