Improper Hazarding of Vessel

(a)Any person subject to this Code who willfully and wrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazard by any vessel of the Guam military forces and/or the Armed Forces of the United States shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

(b)Any person subject to this Code who negligently hazards or suffers to hazard any vessel of the Guam military forces and/or the Armed Forces of the United States shall be punished as the court-martial may direct.
