Remission and Suspension

(a)I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi may and, when designated by her/him, the Adjutant General, Guam Judge Advocate General or commanding officer may remit or suspend any part or amount of the unexecuted sentence, including all uncollected forfeitures.

(b)I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi may, for good cause, substitute an administrative form of discharge for a discharge or dismissal.
