COL120106 CH. 56 AUTOMOBILES A police officer using a subsidized vehicle shall ensure that his vehicle is properly registered with the Department of Revenue and Taxation. Any vehicle not so registered, may not be used for the purposes of this Act. The Department of Revenue and Taxation shall note on the registration of each subsidized vehicle that it is subsidized.
