Eligibility Certification Periods
View official PDF ↗Once qualified as eligible, persons may participate in the Program for periods that run from six
(6)months to one
(1)year, subject to the restrictions established herein.
(a)Households with at least one
(1)member between the ages of seventeen
(17)and fifty-four
(54)years shall be given a certification for a period of six
(6)months.
(b)A household with all members who are fifty-five
(55)years old or older, or with at least one
(1)member with a permanent disability affirmed by a Provider, shall be given certification for a period of one
(1)year.
(c)Shorter periods of certification may be established if deemed necessary by the Administrator.
