Field Trips, Seminars, Workshops, Shows, and

Community Service. Schools are permitted, but not required, to offer to their students an opportunity to earn credit hours for cosmetologyrelated field trips, seminars, workshops, shows, and community service, as follows:

(a)up to forty

(40)hours for cosmetology students;

(b)up to fifteen

(15)hours for manicuring students;

(c)up to twenty

(20)hours for esthetics students; and

(d)up to twenty

(20)hours for instructor students.
